These terms set out the deal between you and LolaJack Casino (“LolaJack”, “we”, “us”). By opening an account or claiming any offer, you agree to everything below. Give it a proper read - if a bit does not sit right, do not register.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old. We run age checks and will freeze any account we cannot verify.
• You must be a resident of a country we accept and not on any self-exclusion register that covers our brand.
• One account per person, household, IP address and device. Duplicate accounts get closed and any bonus winnings voided.
• You play for yourself, with your own money, using a payment method registered in your name.

2. Your account

• Keep your details current and your login private. Anything that happens under your login is on you.
• We may ask for ID, proof of address or proof of payment at any time as part of KYC and anti-money-laundering checks.
• Withdrawals stay on hold until verification is complete, so it pays to get your documents in early.

3. Bonuses and the welcome package

• The welcome package pays 400% up to £15,000 plus 400 free spins across your first four deposits. Each tier must be switched on in the My Bonus area before you deposit.
• Minimum qualifying deposit is £20 for any welcome tier or reload offer.
• Wagering is 40x the deposit plus bonus, and 40x on free spin winnings, unless an offer states otherwise. Live cashback carries 1x wagering.
• You have 10 days to clear wagering before a bonus and any linked winnings expire.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active is £5 per spin or hand. Going over can void the bonus.
• Game weighting varies. Slots usually count 100%, while table and live games count less or nothing toward wagering.
• Bonuses are for entertainment. We may withdraw or change any offer, and we may pull bonus access from anyone we reasonably believe is chasing offers in bad faith.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal is £10. Maximum withdrawal is £5,000 per request unless your VIP tier lifts it.
• We do not charge fees, though your payment provider might. Check with them.
• Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with where possible. E-wallets are usually same day; cards and bank transfers take 1 to 3 working days after approval.
• We may cap winnings from free spins or no-deposit style offers as stated in the specific promotion.

5. Responsible gambling

• Gambling should be fun, not a way to make money. Only stake what you can afford to lose.

6. Fair play and closures

7. Liability and changes
